　　王益琪为温州市人民代表大会法制委员会副主任委员(兼)；

　　陈芳铭为温州市人民代表大会民族宗教华侨外事委员会副主任委员(兼)。

　　免去徐强中的温州市人民代表大会民族宗教华侨外事委员会副主任委员职务。
