温州市人民政府关于陈进达等职务任免的通知

　　市人民政府决定：

　　任命陈进达为温州市机构编制委员会办公室主任。

　　任命林联初为温州市流动人口服务管理办公室主任，兼任温州市人民政府副秘书长，免去其温州市残疾人联合会理事长职务。

　　任命陈朴忠为温州市文化广电新闻出版局副局长。

　　免去王益琪的温州市机构编制委员会办公室主任职务。

　　免去曹克忠的民航温州永强机场副总经理职务。
