我市对2650家企业开展环境行为信用等级评价

　　其中，绿色、蓝色、黄色、红色、黑色企业分别为44家、239家、2144家、202家和21家，占总数的1.66%、9.02%、80.91%、7.62%和0.79%。我市各银行机构将依据评价结果对企业实施差别化信贷政策，其中评价结果为红色、黑色的，将从严控制信贷投放，禁止新增任何形式的信贷。 (市环保局)
