　　7月26日凌晨1点，“7•23”动车追尾事故鹿城区处置领导小组在仰义对遇难者林焱家属就伤亡赔偿事宜进行对接，并签订协议，赔偿50万元。

　　林焱是福建省福州人，29岁，男，有一个老母亲，父亲已经去世了。据了解，这是此次事故中第一个达成的初步赔偿协商结果。(记者王科特)
