最高检确认已派员参与调查温州动车追尾事故

　　最高人民检察院有关部门负责人27日确认，国务院“7·23”甬温线特别重大铁路交通事故调查组成立后，最高人民检察院已派员赶赴温州参与事故调查工作。

　　23日20时38分，北京至福州的D301次列车行驶至温州市双屿路段时，与杭州开往福州的D3115次列车追尾，目前已造成39人遇难。
