药家鑫父亲向张显索1元精神损失费称其未反思

　　昨天下午，药家鑫的父亲药庆卫向西安市雁塔区法院提交了《关于增加变更诉讼请求申请》，要求判决被告张显公开在网络、报纸上道歉及赔偿精神损害抚慰金1元。药庆卫表示，他此前提起名誉权诉讼是为了要张显一句道歉，但立案后，张显并未有任何歉意的表示，反而在网上发表言论：“这是个无聊的游戏，我陪他玩”等。这些话语令药庆卫十分愤怒，他认为张显对其所为没有反思，因此向法院提请增加诉讼请求。本报记者孔璞
