　　10月24日，江西九江市庐山南路派出所民警在整理第一代居民身份证。当日，十一届全国人大常委会第二十三次会议审议了居民身份证法修正案草案。为尽快结束第一、二代居民身份证并用局面，保护公民信息安全，加强社会管理，打击违法犯罪，居民身份证法修正案草案规定第一代居民身份证将于2013年1月1日起停止使用。新华社发(胡国林摄)
