我市成立全国首个“12315空中消费维权服务站”

　　该服务站系市工商局利用传媒载体为消费者搭建的新型维权平台，消费者可直接通过电波方式进行投诉，实现快速、公开、公平、公正调处，并通过真实的案例将维权知识生动、形象地传达给听众，实现处理消费投诉、宣传维权知识、震慑不良商家的“三重”功效。
