龙湾罗东街将禁止三轮车行驶

　　2月3日起，龙湾区永中街道罗东街禁止人力客运三轮车驶入，辖区交警部门将联合人力客运三轮车协会与相关部门开展一周的宣传工作。一周后，交警部门将对闯禁驶入罗东街的人力客运三轮车实行从严管理，并将依照相关规章条例的上限从严处理。
