　　鹿城区此次干部选拔工作充分体现“重基层、重实践、重实绩”的用人导向，通过科学设置综合评价遴选、适岗面谈比选、区委全委会征求意见、区委组织部部务会议研究、区委常委会票决等差额选拔环节，于3月15日选拔产生区信访局局长等9名科级干部人选。(鹿城区府办)
