龙湾首设网络消费维权服务站

　　龙湾首设网络消费维权服务站提高维权效能。该区按照“社会化维权、专业化维权”原则，在海城网商基地建立首批2个网络消费维权服务站，提升网络消费投诉维权效能。据了解，该批服务站设在网商服务网页内，主要提供消费者咨询解答、消费投诉纠纷处理等服务，配备工商联系人和服务站投诉调解员各1名，分别由属地工商所责任区干部、网商公司业务人员担任，合力调处涉网消费问题。(市工商局)
