　　新华社北京4月24日电外交部发言人刘为民24日表示，中国就菲律宾向黄岩岛海域增派船只提出严正交涉。

　　有记者问：据菲律宾《星报》报道，菲北吕宋军区司令阿尔坎塔拉表示，菲海警潘帕加号将前往黄岩岛海域替换EDSA2号，同时菲渔业水产局的一艘船只正在前往黄岩岛海域。中方对此有何评论？

　　刘为民说，中方对菲方向黄岩岛海域增派船只的举动提出了严正交涉，要求菲方尽快采取积极步骤恢复该海域的和平安宁。(完)
