龙湾扎实推进海涂围垦工作

　　今年，龙湾区海滨围垦造地项目计划投资4800万元，造地4000亩，分两批进行，目前第一批2000亩造地项目已进入设计程序，力争6月完成招投标、7月进场施工，确保年内完工；第二批规划造地2600亩，力争8月完成招投标、9月进场施工。
