赖昌星未上诉一审判决生效他将被押送监狱服刑

　　新华网消息记者从厦门市中级人民法院获悉，2012年5月18日，该院对赖昌星走私犯罪集团首要分子赖昌星走私普通货物、行贿犯罪一案，依法公开开庭进行了一审宣判。截至5月28日，十天法定上诉期限届满，被告人赖昌星未提出上诉，该判决现已发生法律效力。近日，赖昌星将被押送监狱服刑。
