龙湾首推公共绿地企业代建模式

　　该项目系星月公园，位于万科龙湾花园的景观前线，采取“政府负责供地、企业负责代建”的建设模式，先由政府把项目用地由耕地转为绿化建设用地，再由万科集团全程代建，建设资金由双方共同承担，并由万科负责公园第一个养护周期的管理维护。公园建成后，保持公益性质不变，对全体市民开放。
