鹿城残疾学生每人每年补助千元

　　温州网讯今年，鹿城区残联联合该区教育、财政等部门出台了系列助学政策，对辖区所有残疾学生和困难残疾人家庭就学子女给予每学年1000元的助学和生活补助；对不能到学校接受教育的重度残疾儿童，鹿城区残联积极协调，采取送教上门的形式提供义务教育。林志申
