温州泰顺现“猥琐叔叔”：魔爪竟伸向朋友幼女

　　浙江在线09月12日讯 9月7日下午，42岁的温州泰顺男子陈某去朋友老钱(化名)家中，见朋友的女儿小欣(未满14周岁)独自在家，遂心生歹念，对其动手动脚。受惊的女孩将此事电话告知在外的父母，陈某被公安机关当场抓获。

　　后经公安机关调查，陈某16年前因犯强奸幼女罪被判刑。目前，陈某因猥亵儿童被泰顺警方处以行政拘留14天。
