　　 浙江在线09月17日讯 9月16日上午，阳光明媚，许多温州市民将宝宝带出户外，晒太阳补钙。温州市儿童医院中医儿科主任黄建群说：“多晒太阳是宝宝补钙的首选，比吃什么牛奶、钙片都要好。不过，宝宝晒太阳最好不要在强光下直晒，宜在树荫下或房檐下，最好选择上午9点以前和下午5点以后，也不要隔着玻璃晒太阳，因为阳光中的紫外线很少能穿透玻璃，等于没有晒。”苏巧将摄
