海滨街道	温州吉维阀门有限公司	2012年09月05日13时许，在龙湾区海滨街道教新村沙井路3号对面温州吉维阀门有限公司发电机房里发生一起盗窃案。由于该单位没有做好人防措施，嫌疑人攀爬越墙进入厂内，用开锁钥匙打开电机房门锁，进入房内并用类似剪的自制工具剪断电缆线并盗走。	治安保卫工作制度松弛，发生刑事案件	加强技防，落实人员防范，并安排夜间巡逻
