水利部门将投资20亿元建1000公里生态河道

　　温州网讯记者近日从市水利局获悉，该局出台了《温州市河道生态建设三年行动实施意见》。按照该实施意见，从今年到2014年，水利部门将投资20亿元以上，采取生态材料、工艺、生物措施等方法，逐步恢复和强化河道生态功能，改善水生态环境，完成1000公里以上的河道生态建设，实现水生态、水景观、水文化“三水”融合目标。
