　　国务院任免国家工作人员。

　　任命李伍峰、王秀军(女)、彭波为国家互联网信息办公室专职副主任(副部长级)；任命慎海雄为新华通讯社副总编辑；任命许永盛为国家能源局副局长；任命赵晓光、刘君为国家邮政局副局长；裴钢继续担任同济大学校长。

　　免去李智勇的人力资源和社会保障部副部长职务；免去徐建洲的国家邮政局副局长职务。
