江西市、县、乡、村四级联动救助流浪人员

　　12月28日一大早，江西省南昌县流浪乞讨人员救助站的工作人员把食物送到流浪人员手中。为做好流浪乞讨人员救助工作，江西省建立起了市、县、乡、村(社区)四级联动工作机制。据统计，南昌县今年安排各级专项救助资金88.98万元，救助流浪乞讨人员2187人。(记者：吴齐强文熊军胡敏华摄)
