全国人大代表董雅娟：不能盲目引进破坏环境项目

　　全国人大代表、青岛农业大学科技处副处长董雅娟建议，政府部门引进好的农业项目，带动发展，而不是盲目追求GDP,引入对环境有较大污染的项目。

　　董雅娟建议，国家应该出台相应的农业区县领导干部的考核办法，鼓励现代农业主导型区县领导要重视当地农业产业的发展，把资金用在发展现代农业或特色旅游等优势产业等“刀刃”上，以生态农业、健康养殖和环境友好型为考核指标，同时以带动农民增收为考核指标。(特派记者：赵文竹、李萌博)
