温州二手房过户退潮

　　今天上午，市房屋登记中心门口已不见排队“长龙”叶卉/摄

　　温州网讯昨天开始，温州市房屋登记中心取消发放排队预约号，市民可以直接到办理大厅取号办理，二手房办理窗口也从原先的8个下调到6个。

　　温州市房屋登记中心相关负责人告诉记者，本月来，办理二手房过户量明显回落，从3月最高的平均每天办理200多件下降到现在的七八十件左右。
