阻碍重点工程建设 3名村干部被立案调查

　　温州网讯近日，龙湾区纪委严肃查办了瑶溪街道永胜村、雄心村村干部阻碍重点工程建设的案件。涉案人员通过对工程业主方施压，进行强行承包、敲诈勒索和强迫交易，目前涉案的3名村干部被立案调查，其中2人被移送至司法机关，收缴违纪款31.5万元。

　　地方势力相互勾结非法牟利、强行承包敲诈勒索、强迫交易漫天要价等行为，被该区列为阻扰重点工程建设的“三类霸王行为”。黄静张烈忠淼
