新元社区“做媒” 企业高校“相亲”

　　一边是温企为人难招、才难留苦恼，一边却是高校毕业生吐槽工作难找，这种矛盾，近两年在人才市场越来越突出。近日，状元街道新元社区组织30多家企业和温州四所高职院校办起了招聘会，架起了企业和院校沟通的桥梁。当天的招聘会共提供了近百个就业岗位，达成就业意向280多人。
