中国拟规定逃交少交通行费车辆加付3至5倍票款

　中新网5月8日电 据交通运输部网站消息，交通运输部今日就《收费公路管理条例(修正案征求意见稿)》向社会公开征求意见，意见稿拟规定，拒交、逃交、少交通行费的车辆和假冒鲜活农产品运输蓄意逃交通行费的车辆，应当补交通行费，并加付三倍至五倍的应交票款。

　　意见稿在第五十七条增加一款作为第一款：“违反本条例的规定，拒交、逃交、少交通行费的车辆和假冒鲜活农产品运输蓄意逃交通行费的车辆，应当补交通行费，并加付三倍至五倍的应交票款。”
