金海岸项目启动第一轮谈判

　　龙湾新闻网讯 4月27日，区双百攻坚第12号项目——金海岸攻坚组启动与温州远达海洋娱乐有限公司第一轮谈判。

　　空港新区负责人李道纽书记向温州远达海洋娱乐有限公司总经理姚建民介绍了空港新区建设基本情况和规划目标，包括通用航空建设规划以及新会展中心和沈海高建设用海涉及金海岸海域使用权情况。姚总也就我市新会展中心和沈海高建设用海涉及金海岸海域表明了基本态度，要求我区要明确金海岸海域今后使用功能，表示回去后将向公司董事会汇报情况，并就有关项目选址和政策处理拟定初步方案
