蒲州街道	天鹅湖小区	2013年04月28日在温州市龙湾区蒲州街道天鹅湖一组团17幢发生一起入户盗窃案。	治安保卫工作不到位、夜间巡逻松懈、门禁系统等技防设施不完善。	1、已经告知天鹅湖小区居委会要加强防范意识，小区内部要加大对保安和巡防等工作的监督。 2、小区要健全现有的值班巡逻制度，在重点时间段和重点部位加强值班巡逻力量。 3、立即修缮门禁系统。
