海滨围垦工程标准堤塘即将完工

　　日前，按照20年一遇标准建造的海滨围垦工程标准堤塘即将完工。记者在现场看到，在灵昆大桥的滩涂附近，五米宽的混凝土结构堤顶路面向远方延伸，与1994年建造的永强标准堤塘连成一体，筑成一道坚固的“生命线”。
