　　2日，因洪灾停运一个月的黑河铁路线段客运列车开始恢复运营。当日7时18分，黑河——哈尔滨东4032次列车正点发出。据了解，从3日起，黑河——齐齐哈尔4084次、黑河——哈尔滨K7034、K7036次旅客列车将全面恢复正点运行。(张辉记者李民峰)
