海南万宁：防止学生被侵犯成为开学第一课

　　9月3日，万宁边防支队乌场边防派出所民警在集庄小学开展法制宣传。

　　当日，海南省万宁边防支队乌场边防派出所针对近来学生权益被侵犯案件逐渐増多的趋势，组织制作卡通法制宣传图片，并配以预防被侵害的小知识，图文并茂地向学生进行宣传。万宁边防支队下属的七个边防派出所先后对辖区内20所中小学进行了秋季开学的法制宣传，受教育师生达到5000余人。
