　　中新网10月12日电据外交部网站消息，10月11日，外交部领事司司长黄屏与德国外交部法律司执行司长布雷默共同主持机制化后的中德首轮领事磋商。双方就便利人员往来、领事保护以及加强中德领事合作与交流等议题深入交换意见。
