龙湾立案查处1起海洋违法案件

　　龙湾新闻网讯 10月25日，中国海监龙湾区大队召开重大海洋违法案件会审会，对近日立案查处的1起未经批准擅自改变海域用途的海洋违法案件行政处罚情况进行会审。

　　海洋违法案件会审会，是海洋行政部门对处罚案件实施内部监督的一项重要制度。根据国家海洋局《重大海洋违法案件会审工作规则》的有关规定，会议对这宗案件的违法事实是否清楚、证据是否确凿、拟处罚意见适用法律是否正确等方面进行了充分的讨论和交流，并对相关细节提出了修改与参考意见。(通讯员刘时龙)
