　　中新网12月24日电据北京市气象局官方微博“气象北京”消息，北京市气象台10时30分发布霾黄色预警信号：预计今天下午到明天上午，北京市平原地区将出现中度霾，南部地区可能出现重度霾，夜间至明晨能见度差。
