西向排洪主体工程建成

　　总投资约4.57亿元的市西向排洪工程是我市城市防洪排涝的关键工程，也是省、市重点工程建设项目。目前西排主体工程已基本建成并发挥效用。今年10月，23号台风“菲特”在福鼎登陆给温州带来强降雨，该工程大显身手充分发挥了泄洪作用。杨冰杰摄
