　　市人民政府决定：

　　任命奚社基为温州市林业局调研员，免去其温州市林业局副局长职务；

　　免去黄培拉的温州生态园管理委员会副主任职务；

　　免去冯忠常的浙江省亚热带作物研究所副所长职务。
