温州经济发展走出低谷一些发展指标全省位次前移

　　对近年来温州经济脱实向虚，大多数经济增长指标下滑、全省排位倒数的困局，我们召开振兴实体经济三级干部大会，制定和落实更加管用的一系列政策举措。召开市委十一届四次全会，出台《全面实施创新驱动发展战略加快建设创新型城市的意见》。

　　可以说，我市经济发展走出低谷，跟上全国发展速度，一些发展指标在全省位次前移。
