包哲东：509件提案已全部协商办复

　　(记者叶双莲) 2月17日上午9点，政协第十届温州市委员会第三次会议在温州市人民大会堂隆重开幕。市政协主席包哲东向大会作工作报告。

　　会上，包哲东回顾了2013年市政协常委会的工作：一年来，509件提案已全部协商办复，90%以上的建议得到采纳。
