商务部部长高虎城：中国依旧不是贸易强国

　　2013年，中国贸易总额超过美国排在全球第一。昨天，商务部部长高虎城在出席全国政协十二届二次会议开幕式时表示，从不完全统计来看，这是近代史上发展中国家的第一次。

　　高虎城指出，中国作为世界第一位的货物贸易大国，却不是贸易强国。中国出口商品中的附加值还是比较低的。下一步，需要向高质量和高效益转变。“这是从一个大国到强国的必须之路。”(记者：王歧丰)
