天津代表期盼尽快修订预算法

　　现行预算法是伴随着1994年分税制改革而出台的，来自天津的全国人大代表、民建中央常委欧成中认为，这部我国市场经济体制初创时期制定的“经济宪法”目前已严重滞后于建立健全公共财政发展的要求，修订预算法不宜再拖。
