　　针对近日昆明发生的暴恐事件，委员们纷纷表示谴责。全国政协委员毛新宇在接受北京晨报记者采访时指出，这是一起恶性事件。这起恶性事件造成重大伤亡，这在我们法治社会是不能允许的，对于暴徒来说，要依法进行制裁，建议国家制定反恐法。(晨报记者：韩娜)
