创新公告发布模式以微信连接群众

　　温州日报2014年3月3日第二版，首发“龙湾公共资源交易”招标公告二维码，成为全市市首个招标公告的发布结合平面媒体的微信平台。

　　传统媒体发布公告，受到字数、文字大小的制约。为方便各方招投标主体，从3月份开始，区审管办(公共资源管委办)将对所有工程招标公告的发布进行二维码的制作、编辑、发布、推送服务。通过二维码链接，投标人、供应商可以看到更加全面、完整的公告信息。
