温州2013天气“年报”出炉市区年平均气温最高

　　还记得去年的“菲特”台风吗？还记得去年夏天那段高温期吗？昨天，记者从温州市气象部门拿到了《温州市2013年气候影响评价》。这份“年报”显示，2013年全市气候念的是“偏字经”——平均气温略偏高，降水量偏少，日照时数偏多，还是高温干旱、台风影响较重年份。
