长沙明确大妈广场舞等人为活动噪音由公安局查处

　　长沙市启动城市管理体制改革，构建权责清晰的“大城管”体制，成立由市委书记任顾问、市长任主任、19部门为成员单位的城市管理委员会。对17项城市管理职责在市直部门之间进行了明确划分，对于“大妈广场舞”等类似的人为活动噪音，明确由市公安局负责查处。
