　　陈向东为温州市商务局局长；

　　章晟为温州市粮食局局长；

　　章剑青为温州市人民政府法制办公室主任。

　　决定免去：

　　苏向青的温州市商务局局长职务；

　　王靖高的温州市人民政府法制办公室主任职务。
